Neighborhood Walks We offer small group, pair and individual neighborhood walks. Walks may be on or off leash, with a friend or solo, may include a game of fetch in a field or a play date with a friend in a dog park. Neighborhood walks provide dogs with excellent exercise, socialization, mental stimulation, along with opportunities to practice basic cues. A neighborhood walk may be a prerequisite to joining an off leash group adventure hike.
Off Leash Group Adventure Hikes and Leash Hikes A romp in the woods for many dogs is the most invigorating, natural, and exciting way to spend a morning or afternoon. Our daily off leash adventure groups spend 60 minutes hiking and playing, either completely or primarily off leash in a woodland location providing them with excellent exercise, socialization, mental stimulation and enrichment. With additional pick up and driving time dogs are typically out of their home for about 2 hours (sometimes a little more or a little less).
During off leash adventures dogs have the opportunity to hike, play, run, explore (and sometimes swim), in a larger more open space. Off leash adventures also provide dogs with great opportunities to practice off leash skills and basic cues. Dogs can be placed in off leash adventure groups once they have developed strong bonds with us and/or have demonstrated proficient reliability off leash (which can be discussed at our initial meet and greet). One to one solo off leash learning hikes and leash hikes are also available.
