Neighborhood Walks We offer small group, pair and individual neighborhood walks. Walks may be with a friend or solo, include a game of fetch in a field or a play date with a friend in a dog park. Neighborhood walks provide dogs with excellent exercise, socialization, mental stimulation, along with opportunities to practice basic cues. A neighborhood walk may be a prerequisite to joining an off-leash group adventure hike.
Off Leash Group Hikes and Leash Hikes
During off-leash group hikes, dogs have the opportunity to hike, play, run, explore (and sometimes swim), in a local woodland location. Off-leash hikes provide dogs with excellent socialization, mental stimulation and enrichment, along with opportunities to practice off-leash skills and basic cues. Dogs must be reliable off-leash to join a hike. It is possible for dogs to begin hiking mostly on-leash, until they become fully reliable off leash. Our hikes are at least sixty minutes in length. When time permits, we often hike longer. With driving time, dogs are typically out for two to three hours.
